RIGATONI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Rigatoni noodles
1 large jar of spaghetti sauce
1 lb. mozzarella cheese
8 oz. pepperoni

Boil noodles, place in casserole dish. Pour in spaghetti sauce and mix well. Add slice pepperoni and mix. Top with mozzarella cheese. May add parmesan cheese if desired. This dish can be a little or a lot, depending on amounts of ingredients used. Taste great reheated.
