1 lb. confectioners sugar
1 lb. butter
6 eggs
3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 lb. candied pineapple
1 lb. candied cherries
1 lb. coconut
1/2 lb. walnuts or 1/4 lb. Brazil nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all fruit with 1/2 cup of the flour to separate first. Then mix all ingredients together. Grease and flour Bundt pan or two loaf pans. Pour batter into pan(s) and bake in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes.
