ANICA'S HAMBURGER SOUP | |
1 lb. ground beef 2 to 3 potatoes, chopped 1 medium yellow onion, chopped milk, as desired salt and pepper, to taste Place chopped potatoes and onions in a pot and just cover with water. While potatoes and onions are boiling, brown beef in a skillet. Once the beef is cooked through add it to the pot with the potatoes and onions. Stir then add milk. Note: There is no specific amount of milk to add; it just depends on how much soup you want with your meat and potatoes. Add salt and pepper and stir.
