TOMATO PUDDING 
2 c. tomato puree'
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cubed bread
1/2 c. melted butter
1 sm. tart apple

Bring tomato puree', brown sugar and salt to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Place bread cubes in baking dish and pour melted butter over cubes and mix lightly. Peel and grate apple, add with tomato mixture to bread cubes and mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
