TANGY CUBE STEAKS 
2 boil
1 lb. cube steaks
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 med. pickled hot cherry pepper, seeded and sliced
1/2 tsp. salt

In large heavy skillet in hot oil cook steaks over high heat until browned on both sides. Remove to serving dish; keep warm. Reduce heat to moderate. Add tomatoes, pepper, and salt to skillet. Cook stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or just enough to heat through and blend flavors.

Spoon some sauce over steaks. Serve remaining sauce on side. Makes 4 servings.
