OVEN CARAMEL CORN 
2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Approximately 8 qts. popped corn

Combine sugar, butter, syrup, and salt. Boil for 5 minutes. Stir in soda. Pour immediately over popped corn. Put in large pans and roast in 250 degree oven for 1 hour. Stir occasionally. (Peanuts may be added just before baking.) Put caramel corn in container right away.
