TACO PIE 
1 tube Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 sm. can chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pt. sour cream
1 bag Fritos corn chips, crunched
1 pkg. sliced yellow cheese

Open crescent rolls and form crust in 9 inch pie pan. Put 1 1/2 cups crunched corn chips in bottom. Set aside.

Brown meat and drain, add taco seasoning, olives and 1/2 cup water; simmer for 5 minutes. Pour meat mixture into pie dish, top with 3/4 carton of sour cream. Put sliced cheese on top of sour cream, usually 6 to 8 pieces covers all. Top with 1/2 to 1 cup crushed fritos. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, avocados and sour cream.
