1 c. white sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla or more

Boil first 3 ingredients until it starts to bubble, then remove from stove and add 3/4 cup chocolate chips and mix until chips are melted. Add vanilla and spread on cake. Covers 9"x13" cake.
