2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. peanut butter
3 c. quick cooking oats
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil first 3 ingredients for 1 minute only. Add remaining ingredients. Blend well. Drop by teaspoonful onto waxed paper. Let stand 1 hour. Yield: 3 dozen cookies.
