CRAB SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. onion juice
1/2 c. cream, whipped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. crabmeat
2 tbsp. pimento
2 tbsp. green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. grated American cheese

Dissolve Jello in water. Add salt and vinegar. Allow to cool until syrupy. Combine mayonnaise and whipped cream and blend into Jello. Fold in all other ingredients. Pour into molds and set until firm.
