FLUFFY DUMPLINGS 
1/4 c. snipped fine parsley
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. salad oil

Sift dry ingredients - combine milk and salad oil - add to dry ingredients, stirring ONLy until moistened. Drop from spoon on top of stew. Cover tightly. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer. DO NOT lift cover! Simmer 15 minutes. Boil chicken and use these for chicken and dumplings. 4-5 people.
