JALAPENO CORNBREAD 
1 3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour milk or sour cream
2 eggs
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. oil
1 can creamed corn
3 (or to taste) jalapeno peppers

Mix and pour into greased 9 x 12 baking dish. Bake 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
