SIMPLE MICROWAVE WALLEYE/PERCH 
8 oz walleye filet or perch cleaned, skinned, rinsed in cold water

Lightly baste filets with butter. Season with salt and pepper, etc. to your taste. Cover filet and microwave for two to three minutes or until fish filet is flaky (over-cooking makes fish tough in microwave).

Let it set for a minute before serving (it's still cooking).
