CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISH 
1 bag fresh cranberries
2 oranges
1 apple
2 c. sugar
1 c. nuts (walnut or pecans)
1 lg. pkg. Jell-O (orange or raspberry)

Use large container to prepare Jell-O, using 2 cups boiling water, 1 cup cold then refrigerate until almost set.

Remove core from apple. Use food processor or blender to chop cranberries, oranges and apple. Mix this with sugar and nuts. Mix well. Stir into semi-set Jell-O. Refrigerate overnight.
