STIR FRY BEEF 
1 lb. strips beef
1 lg. slice onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. oil
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 c. green pepper strips
2 cubes beef bouillon
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sherry
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
2 c. water

Brown beef, onion and garlic in oil. Add ginger, pepper strips, bouillon, soy sauce, sherry and water. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir before serving.
