STIR-FRIED BEEF OVER WARM GREENS 
3/4 lb. beef sirloin, cut 1" thick
1 (8 oz.) oil & vinegar dressing
2 tbsp. dry sherry
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
12 c. torn mixed greens
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 lg. red sweet pepper, cut into strips

Ahead: Partially freeze meat and cut. For marinade, mix 2-7 ingredients. Pour marinade over meat; refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.

Before serving: Toss greens, then divide equally among 6 plates. Drain meat; reserve 2/3 cup. Preheat Wok or large skillet over high heat. Add oil. Stir-fry pepper 2 minutes; remove.

Add meat to Wok. Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes until tender. Add reserved marinade and pepper. Cook and stir until heated through. Serve. Spoon hot mixture over greens and serve at once.
