EASY LASAGNE 
5-6 c. spaghetti sauce
1/2 pkg. lasagne noodles, uncooked
1 lb. ricotta cheese
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
2 zucchinis
1 med. onion
1 sm. pkg. mushrooms
1 tbsp. olive oil

Saute vegetables in 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add to spaghetti sauce.

In 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan, spread 1 cup sauce. Place 1 layer uncooked lasagne noodles. Top with sauce, then ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses and sauce again. Repeat, ending with layer of lasagne noodles and cover well with sauce. Top with grated cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes, cut and serve. 6-8 servings.
