HONEY CRUNCH CHICKEN 
2 lbs. chicken parts (usually legs)
Mayonnaise
Corn flake crumbs
Honey (2 tbsp.)

Place chicken in shallow baking pan. Spread mayonnaise on both sides of chicken. Sprinkle corn flake crumbs evenly over top side of chicken. Drizzle evenly with honey. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Let chicken stand at room temperature for 10 minutes. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes.
