GREEN ENCHILADAS 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 sm. or med. size can green chilies
1 lb. hamburger meat (cooked & drained)
1 sm. jar pimentos

Combine all ingredients and beat until cheese is melted. Make enchilada out of grated cheddar cheese and onions; roll and place in pan. Pour first mixture over them and bake 25-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
