TOMATO & MOZZARELLA CHEESE
SPREAD FOR FRENCH BREAD
 
2 lbs. plum tomatoes, diced into bite-size pieces
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Oregano
Basil
Garlic salt
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 loaves French bread or mini bagels

Combine all of the above ingredients except bread into a mixing bowl. Use your own judgment for spices. Coat with about 3 tablespoons of olive oil (may need more). Slice bread in 1 inch slices and spread mixture evenly on bread slices. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake until cheese melts.
