DEEP DISH TACO SQUARES | |
1/2 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. sour cream 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 tbsp. chopped onion 1 c. Bisquick 1/4 c. cold water 1 or 2 med. tomatoes, sliced thin 1/2 c. chopped green pepper Paprika Cook and stir ground beef until brown. Drain and set aside. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese and onion; set aside. Mix Bisquick and water together, put in an 8"x8"x2" baking dish, pressing dough on bottom and up 1/2" on sides. Layer beef mixture, tomatoes and peppers onto dough in dish. Spoon sour cream mixture over top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. |
