COCOA FUDGE SAUCE 
2/3 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/3 c. cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla

In 2 quart saucepan, heat brown sugar and butter over medium heat until butter melts. Stir in cream, corn syrup, and cocoa until well combined. Heat mixture to boiling; cook mixture 1 minute longer. This deep, dark sauce is served at room temperature although it can be heated and served hot.
