CALIFORNIA BEEF RICE DISH 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 med. onion
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. rice
1 tsp. mustard
10 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
1 lb. can tomatoes, stewed
1 c. water

Brown ground beef with onions and bell pepper. Add rice, water, bouillon and mustard. Arrange tomatoes on top. When rice is done, place sliced cheese on top and cover until cheese melts.
