5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
5-6 med. cooked potatoes, sliced
1 c. onion (chopped)
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. cider or red wine vinegar
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

In skillet saute onions in butter. Add cooked potatoes. Mix together vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar and pour over potatoes. Add crumbled bacon, salt and pepper to taste. Also good made with red potatoes.
