QUICHE LORRAINE WITH HAM 
1 partially baked pie shell
4 thin slices of onion
butter
4 slices crisp bacon, chopped
8 thin slices ham
8 thin slices Swiss cheese
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Garlic powder to taste
Nutmeg to taste

Fry onions in butter until soft. Sprinkle drained onion and chopped bacon over bottom of pie crust. Add half the ham, then four slices of cheese. Repeat using ham and cheese. Beat eggs and mustard together; add heated cream and continue beating. Pour over pie and let stand 10 minutes. Sprinkle tiny bit of garlic and nutmeg on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until custard is set.
