CLAIRE'S CHEESECAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton whipping cream or large pkg. Cool Whip

CRUST:

1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flour
1 cup melted butter
3 Tbsps. sugar

Combine crust ingredients and press into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20-30 minutes. Let cool. Combine filling ingredients and beat until smooth. Spread into pie shell and top with your favorite pie filling or fresh fruit.
