1/4 lb. salt pork or bacon fat
1 clove garlic
1-2 tbsp. chopped onion
4 oz. can button mushrooms, drained
6 pieces rosemary or 1 tsp. powdered
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper
1/4 c. white wine
