KAHLUA PIE 
24 chocolate wafers
2 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. butter, melted

Crush cookies. Combine with butter and sugar. Press into 10 inch pie crust.

FILLING:

1 tsp. instant coffee
1/2 c. water
10 oz. marshmallows
1/2 c. Kahlua
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Stir coffee and water together. Add marshmallows and cook over low heat until melted. Put in refrigerator or sink of ice to cool. Stir occasionally until thickened and cooled.

Stir Kahlua into marshmallow mixture. Fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate several hours. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
