CORN BREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 egg whites, or 1 carton egg substitute
1 c. skim milk
1 can corn, drained

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in bowl and mix well. Beat oil, egg whites, and milk together. Mix with dry ingredients until just blended. Pour into lightly oiled 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes. Serves 8.
