1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. honey
2 beaten eggs
4 c. cubed or chopped raw apples
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

SAUCE:

1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. honey
1 c. milk

Cream oil, honey and eggs together. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 9"x13"x2" cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Mix ingredients for sauce together. When mixed and heated through on stove, serve over pudding. Serves 12 to 15.
