POWDERED SUGAR NUT BALLS 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. ground nuts

Cream butter until light. Add powdered sugar and beat until fluffy. Stir in vanilla. Blend sifted flour and salt into creamed mixture. Stir in nuts. Shape into walnut-sized balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 15 minutes. Remove and roll in powdered sugar while hot. When cooled, roll again in powdered sugar.
