3 egg whites
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. graham crackers (or 21 Ritz crackers)
1/2 c. pecans

Beat 3 egg whites until fluffy. Fold in pinch of salt and 3/4 cup sugar. Add vanilla, cracker crumbs and pecans and pour into greased pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

May be topped with Cool Whip.
