CUBAN PICADILLO 
Saute in oil:

Olive oil
1 lg. chopped onion
3 cloves chopped or crushed garlic
1 lg. chopped bell pepper

Add:

1 lb. hamburger

Mixture of beef and pork or ham is tastier.

Cook until browned then drain if necessary.

Add:

1/4-1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent, optional
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/4 c. dry red wine
Raisins to taste, approx. 1/4-1/3 c.
Chopped olives (green)

Cook mixture about 20 minutes on low heat. Top with fried bananas or fried chopped egg or slivered almonds or whatever.
