TUNA SALAD 
1 can tuna
1/2 c. chopped cucumber
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 med. ripe tomato, chopped
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
Lettuce or finely shredded cabbage

Combine all ingredients; mix lightly. Serve on lettuce or cabbage. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
