FRUIT PIZZA 
Spread Pillsbury sugar cookie roll on pizza pan. Bake as directed (10 minutes); cool.

NEXT LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 tbsp. powdered sugar

Beat together and spread on cooled crust.

Arrange fresh (or canned) fruit on top of cream cheese layer as follows: 1 row bananas on outside

Strawberry halves (alternate large end)

Peach slices

Green and purple grapes, cut in half round side up

Kiwi in center

Strawberry on top!

Sprinkle the whole thing with Fruit Fresh. Brush with glaze.

CLEAR ORANGE GLAZE:

1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. water

Mix sugar, salt and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Gradually stir in orange juice, lemon juice and water. Cook over medium heat until it thickens and boils stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. COOL COMPLETELY. When cool, brush gently with a pastry brush making sure you get in all the crevices. This will seal everything and dry clear. Chill.
