ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 can artichokes (not marinated)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Drain artichokes. Cut up or mash them. Add mayonnaise and cheese. Mix well and heat at 350°F until bubbly. Do NOT cook. Can be heated in microwave.

Great on Triscuits crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
