5 large cloves garlic
1/2 C sweet rice vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 C Extra light olive oil
1-1/2 to 2 tbsp. Gulden's spicy brown mustard
1/2 tsp salt

Use a 16 oz. mixing plastic jar with lid. Peel garlic, set aside. Put all ingredients into jar. Press garlic into the mixture. Put the lid on and shake till mixed together. Adjust to taste. Enjoy!
