EVA'S ICE CREAM PIE | |
20 macaroons, crumb cookies and save 3/4 c. 3 tbsp. butter, melted 1/2 gallon soften vanilla ice cream 1 pt. orange sherbet 1 pt. raspberry sherbet 1 pt. lime sherbet Mix crumbed cookies and butter and press into a spring form pan. Top with vanilla ice cream, freezing in between each layer. Top with softened orange sherbet, softened raspberry sherbet, and softened lime sherbet. Sprinkle the 3/4 cup cookie crumbs on top. Freeze well. Take out about 15 to 20 minutes to thaw before cutting and serving. |
