HOT POTATO SALAD 
5 or 6 cooked potatoes
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 3/4 c. mayonnaise
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. dill pickle juice
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 - 3/4 c. chopped green onions
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 can green olives, sliced (may use brown olives)

Cut potatoes in small pieces and boil. When done and hot, break into pea size pieces in bowl. Mix all other ingredients into potatoes. Serve hot.

NOTE: I mix all ingredients before hand and pour over potatoes when they are cooked.
