SPAGHETTI BAKE 
3 lb. hamburger
Onion
Green pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
Oregano
Parsley
1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
Parmesan cheese
1 lb. cooked spaghetti

Brown hamburger, onion, and green pepper. Add cream soups, water, oregano, and parsley. Heat through. Mix all ingredients.

Fill 9 x 13 inch pan at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
