RICH FUDGE MARSHMALLOW SQUARES 
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1 lg. bag marshmallows

Melt butter and cocoa together. Beat eggs and sugar, pour into butter and cocoa mixture; add flour and salt, mix well. Add nuts and vanilla. Bake in 10x15 inch pan about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Line pan with wax paper. Remove from pan immediately.

Cover hot cake with marshmallows cut in half cut side down, pressed lightly into cake.

ICING:

1 stick melted butter
4 oz. evaporated milk
1/4 c. cocoa
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat milk and butter together. Mix with powdered sugar, cocoa and vanilla. Pour over cake.
