FRESH CLAM SAUCE 
1 dozen clams
1/8 c. oil
7-8 cloves garlic
1 c. clam juice
2 c. water
Parsley (little less then handful)

Open clams and save juice. In a saucepan, place juice, garlic, oil, and water. While that is cooking, chop clams into small pieces. When juice starts to boil, place clams in and cook for 5-10 minutes. Pour over spaghetti.
