COMBINE:

1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. whipped cream
1 c. salad dressing
1 c. grated cabbage
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. cottage cheese

ADD:

3 tbsp. vinegar
Salt and pepper

MIX:

1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
Pineapple juice as part of liquid

Pour vegetable mixture over layer of chilled lime Jello. Serves 12.
