CRANBERRY FRAPPE 
1 qt. cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
1 qt. unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
1 1/2 c. sugar
1-2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 gallon strawberry ice cream
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped with 1/2 c. sugar (opt.)
1 qt. ginger ale, chilled

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large punch bowl, stirring well. Beat whipping cream until foamy, gradually add 1/2 cup sugar beating until soft peaks form. Fold whipping cream into mixture in punch bowl. Gently stir in ginger ale just before serving.
