SEAFOOD ROLL-UPS | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 tbsp. white wine or lemon juice 1 pkg. crescent rolls 8 artificial crab legs or 1 (5 oz.) pkg. frozen salad shrimp 1 tsp. dill weed 1 egg, beaten Heat oven to 375°F. Soften cream cheese, thin with wine. Unroll crescents. Spread cream cheese on crescents. Place crab leg at one end or spread shrimp over cream cheese. Sprinkle lightly with dill weed. Roll up. Brush on beaten egg. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. May be used whole as an entree or can be sliced as hors d'oeuvres. |
