FREDA'S OLD FASHIONED CORN
PUDDING
 
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can cream style corn
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. melted butter

Mix together sugar and cornstarch. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth. Add eggs, corn, butter and salt; mix well. Turn into greased 1-quart baking dish in pan of hot water. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 3/4 hour or until custard is set.
