CHICKEN AMANDINE 
3/4 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. olive oil
1 envelope Good Seasons gourmet Parmesan Italian or Italian salad dressing mix
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 c. each: sliced green onions and sliced almonds

Mix wine, olive oil and salad dressing mix. Heat 1/4 cup of the dressing mixture in a large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 8 minutes or until cooked through and browned on both sides. Add remaining dressing mixture, onions and almonds. Cook 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve hot over cooked pasta.

Makes 4 servings.
