HAM MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
4 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. melted fat
3 level tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/2 c. cooked smoked ham, ground or minced

Sift dry ingredients together 2 or 3 times. Combine melted fat, milk and egg. Combine dry and liquid ingredients and add ham when ready to bake. Bake at 400 degrees about 25 minutes.
