LAMB STEW | |
1 1/2 lbs. lamb cubes 3 c. water 1 clove garlic 2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 4 carrots, cut sm. 6 sm. onions 3 sm. potatoes, cut up 1 pkg. frozen peas 2 tbsp. minced parsley Flour the meat and brown in hot fat. Add the water, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Add the carrots, onions, and potatoes. Cook about 1/2 hour. Add the peas and parsley and cook an additional 10 to 15 minutes. |
