LAMB STEW 
2 c. lamb
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
1 c. mushrooms
1 1/2 c. onions
1 c. green peas
2 tbsp. green and red pepper
2 c. cold water
2 tbsp. salt
1 c. diced carrots
1 c. barley

Chop lamb into 1/2 inch cubes. Coat with mixture of Bisquick, garlic powder, Beau Monde seasoning, parsley flakes and tarragon leaves.

Chop mushrooms, onion, carrot, peas, barley, green pepper and red pepper. Saute lamb, onions, bell pepper and celery.

Add 2 cups of cold water, salt, mushrooms, barley, carrots and peas. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 2 hours.
